    Submit application

    Complete the secure online application. $52 application fee per adult. Screening services are performed by a third party and reviewed by our team.

    Screening

    Screening reports generally take 3–5 business days to process before they are passed to our team. We may reach out for additional documentation if needed.

  4. 04

    Sign lease

    Approved applicants receive a digital lease and move-in instructions.

Rental Criteria

What we look for.

We follow fair-housing law and review every application against the same published criteria. Reach out if you have questions about your specific situation.

  • Combined gross income of 3× monthly rent
  • Verifiable employment or income source
  • Positive rental history (no recent evictions)
  • Credit score considered alongside other factors
  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • All adults 18+ must apply
